There is a lot happening at Bloomer, which is why Terlissa is there to keep an overview and meet deadlines. She is the busy marketing little bitty of the team. “Bloomer is an awesome organization with a lot of passion, knowledge and experience for great products. To be involved in this is golden for me. Together with Terlissa, Moelai forms the Bloomer Marketing Dream Team. The always positive marketing topper can empathize all too well with everyone else and can therefore (dis)connect all communicative ends in a creative way. “I am constantly setting up and putting out activities and creating content. A varied job and it makes our customers very happy!”

She has a relationship with several design programs and because of this obsession, she always delivers a sterling piece of work. All of our expressions, from the website to cards, come from Michelle’s hand. “Being creative is my hobby. I love making things up beautifully. Luckily, at Bloomer I get to express my full creativity and get to make up all kinds of fun assignments!”

A good-humored creative, Naomi is always thinking out of the box. At Bloomer, she is therefore multi-deployable and is mainly involved in marketing activities and shooting content. The always helpful team player knows very well what she wants and goes for it 100%. “Every day is so different. Sometimes I’m taking pictures at a grower’s and other times I’m thinking up a cool social media campaign.”

At Bloomer, we think it’s important to have close contact with clients. Marcel is a real people person. He prefers to go out all day to talk openly and honestly with clients. “I like the personal touch. Sparring together, discussing possibilities and really thinking along. From the flower region in the Netherlands, we also supply our products directly to flower stores in Belgium. In case of questions or advice, Flemish Philippe is available to all Belgian florists. “The great thing about my job is the social contact with the many flower enthusiasts. For me, it is a challenge to offer the most beautiful and best flowers. And that quality and freshness offers Bloomer “, Philippe said.

Where previously he was only a flower buyer, Johan is now also a representative at Bloomer. “I have regular contact with growers, I check the flowers at the auction in the morning before buying and now I transfer all my knowledge to florists. As a representative, I visit many flower stores and by listening to what the florist really wants, I can respond well to their needs. See you soon!”

Where we are still lying on one ear, our buyers get up in the middle of the night especially for you. The ornamental plant sector always starts really early. At 4:00 am to be precise. The buyers check all the flowers at the auction, so that they can score the best quality for the best price. All for you ❤️

Cor is always lost. If he is not at the auction, we find him among the flowers, on the logistics floor or hiding behind his computer to score the best purchases for you. Cor can also regularly be found in our eastern neighbors, supplying German flower stores with the most beautiful flowers. A busy man if you ask us.

Marco purchases a wide range of flowers, including chrysanthemums, freesias, orchids, summer flowers and cut greens. “Purchasing flowers is different in price, quality, supply and orders every day. In cooperation with the growers, we always manage to put together a wonderful assortment for the customers. Last but not least: always at the best price.” An important job that he enjoys doing!

Since the start of Bloomer, Johan has worked as a flower buyer and even now he still does so with great passion. “You’re working with the most beautiful natural products every day. The close contact with growers makes it extra fun. Seasonal products like the amaryllis, hydrangea, peony and tulip I like buying the most, then you are totally in the time of year.”

Growing up among the lilies of his father’s nursery, Richard has never lost his love for greenery. With a broad smile, he provides a varied and interesting range of plants every day. Much he arranges directly with growers, so the product is high quality and above all fresh! “The dynamism and speed in our industry really appeals to me. We work with a huge assortment. If that doesn’t make you happy …😉”

One day they travel several miles with the goal of collecting your order and getting it ready for transport. The obstacle? To maintain the freshness of our products, they are mainly stored in our cold stores at 3-7 degrees Celsius. Brrr, a lot of respect for our logistics staff! Of course, we as an organization are accommodating enough to provide them with a thick coat and gloves 😉

Every day our drivers make sure your store inventory is filled with the most beautiful flowers and plants. Like owls, they sneak into the store or other specified location to leave your flower order and take back empty BloomerBoxes. And this all happens at night so we don’t get in your way as a customer and we avoid crowds on the road this way. Nice huh!
